Personal Use of Marijuana by Responsible Adults Act of 2008

This article on CNN is about house resolution 5843 which would allow responisble adults to carry up to 3 ounces without facing the possibility of being arrested. this is, of course, great news. but it gets better. it would allow non-profit transfers of up to 1 ounce.
