Chinese prison is better than Mexican prison

In a shocking change of events, it turns out that being in prison in China is better than being in that prison in Mexico where they serve you beer. In China they make you play video games!

Prison in Mexico just got a little bit better. Apparently this low security prison has a bar inside of it! That's a new way to 'drink your life (sentence) away'

But really, what is the harm? I think Mexico has bigger problems then a few inmates at a low-security jail getting a little something to drink. Such as tanks.
